Monday, August 5- I like when McDonald's does the Monopoly game, peel & win! Taking advantage of our freebies at the beginning of the week! These 2 game pieces off of my bf's big palm :)
Tried the blueberry pomegranate smoothie, so sour!
Warm McD's french fries with their ketchup or sweet & sour sauce is so good once in awhile
Tuesday, August 6- Too much watermelon for just 2 people? Nah don't think so. They're so great for juicing too!
Wednesday, August 7- The main staples/fruits that we usually juice with the other veggies
Thursday, August 8- Received Jean-Michel Cazabat "Rosa" booties through the mail. Absolutely love the packaging! The dust bag, the puffy hearts inside the shoes, the shoe box...
Every little sweet details
Friday, August 9- Aside from getting gifts from your boyfriends, I think there are also the littlest things that makes our hearts flutter. Surprise Dunkin' Donuts breakfast from the boyfriend... taking the time out of his busy work schedule in the morning to make sure I have my 1st meal of the day <3 Can't forget the coffee of course & my go to DD sandwich- tuna salad on a multigrain bagel. You might be iffy like I was with tuna salad from DD. But it's really quite good!
Saturday, August 10- Crazy beautiful skies on a Saturday
Looks so unreal and like a painting
For good measure

Sunday, August 11- An inspirational movie at home- Big Fish
A quote from 1 of the characters from the movie, "A man sees things differently at different times in his life" - Jenny Hill.
I remember years ago that I watched this movie without any intentions of wanting to watch it or looking forward to it at the movie theater with my friends. And I could hardly recall any of the scenes or even the plot for that matter. I remember wondering, what was the point & why is this movie so slow and boring? But now, when I was watching it on Sunday... I was completely mesmerized by each & every scene. I fully comprehended the meanings behind the whole movie & fell in love with it.
I love the fact that we experience changes throughout our lives and then come to the point when we're certain of who we are- origins, backgrounds, & our evolved characteristics. We learn about so many things, understand more, open up our minds, realize both old & new things, and simply grow up.
